1. Physical Books (Print Copies)
1.1 No Refunds for Change of Mind

Because each book is printed on-demand, we do not offer refunds for:

change of mind

ordering the wrong item

finding the product cheaper elsewhere
Once the order is placed, it immediately goes into production.

1.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with production defects, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
To request a replacement, please email us at [yourstore@email.com] within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:

A clear photo of the damage or defect

A brief description of the issue
We will process a replacement as soon as the issue is verified.

1.3 Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong item, we will correct the order and ship the correct product for free.
2. Apparel & Merchandise
For merchandise such as hoodies, T-shirts, and caps:

Refunds are only available for items that are damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes, so please use the size guide before placing your order.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos and your order number.
3. Delivery Issues
If your package is severely delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.
We will assist in tracking the shipment and working with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
